August 1 - 3 - Carmel Valley Fiesta. A family-oriented
fiesta, with games, train ride, dog show, parade, arts and crafts,

August 2 & 3 - Turkish Festival at the Custom House Plaza
in Monterey. A celebration of Turkish culture and arts, featuring
live music and folk dances, dance workshops, belly dancing, crafts,

August 12-17 - Monterey County Fair at the Monterey County
Fairgrounds. The County Fair is always fun for all, with
livestock exhibitions, entertainment, live music, amusement midway

August 27 - 30 - The First Tee Open Pebble Beach. The Wal-Mart First Tee Open at Pebble Beach showcases the talent and character of young people who participate at The First Tee facilities worldwide.
